Masonry cement for mortar making.
Specially formulated and manufactured to produce masonry mortar for use in brick, block cement spray and rough and fine plaster.

Description

Lumal is masonry cement marked as MC 5. It is intended for making of mortar, fine and coarse plaster (intended for the preparation of mortar for masonry, cement spray and rough and fine plaster (for manual internal and external plastering)). It contains minimum 25% of Portland cement clinker, up to 75 % limestone additives marked as L and up to 1 % of chemical additive and natural gypsum as a binding agent. Strength rank 5 – according to the norm BAS EN 413-1:2005.

Quantity of needed water is 200 – 250 l/m3 of mortar (depending on humidity and type of sand and desired consistency of mortar).

Transport and Storage

It is delivered in 20 kg bags wrapped in protection foil (1,28 ton pallets).

With proper transportation and storage, cement is best to be used no later than 6 months from the date of production.

Bagged cement should be stored in a dry place, protected from atmospheric conditions, above ground on a pallet or other dry surface.
