WE CONTINUE “VISIT US”

We launched our “VISIT US” campaign in 2019. With the spring coming in and the abolition of a number of epidemiological measures, we are continuing where we left off.

We invite citizens, schools, kindergartens, universities and all interested to visit the Lukavac Cement. We will provide all visitors with an educational walk through our facilities. We pay special attention to the use of alternative fuels in our cement plant and our active work on preserving the environment, human health and reducing CO₂.

„WASTE2ENERGY” – FOR GREEN AND SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

By our participation in the conference on waste management “Waste2Energy”, held on 25^th March in Zagreb, which gathered numerous experts in this field, we were recognized as a relevant factor when it comes to the use of alternative fuels in the region.

STUDENTS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL “LUKAVAC GRAD” VISITED LUKAVAC CEMENT

Yesterday, we hosted special guests in our facilities, students of III-4 grade of the elementary school “Lukavac Grad” and their teacher Lejla Kovačević. In total, 26 children, who visited out factory, expressed happiness and joy to have opportunity to visit a real factory after a long isolation caused by the pandemic.

During the tour of the plant, students got acquainted with the process of cement production and learned how the processed waste can be usefully used as an alternative fuel for energy production.
