Premiluk

Cement for the preparation of a mortar for injection and concrete of high final hardness.
Specifically adapted for high mechanical resistance, high-strength and early mechanical load on structures.

Description

Portland cement contains 95-100% of Portland cement clinker, with addition of 5% of natural gypsum as regulating binding agent milled together in a ball mill.
The certificate of conformity to specifications HRN EN197-1 i HRN EN197-2, BAS EN 197-1, BAS EN 197-2.

Benefits and Characteristics

  • High initial and final strengths allow fast release of moulds and removal of the sheath;
  • Colour uniformity and small volume change

Recommended for:

  • Injecting and production of ultra-high performance concrete;
  • Production of precast concrete elements and products with the possibility of fast release of moulds and removal of the sheath, and also suitable for manufacture of pre-stressed concrete structures;
  • Production of concrete very resistant to frying, frost and salt;
  • Maintenance of normal concrete production in cold weather;
  • The most demanding construction projects, where high mechanical resistance of concrete structure is required, as well as high early strength and early mechanical load on structures;
  • Production of syphorex;
  • Production of powder-like cement-based materials (mortars, plasters, glues).

Transport and Storage

It is delivered in bulk or in bags of 25 kg (1,4 t on a pallet).

Bagged cement should be stored in a dry place and is best to be used no later than 6 months from the date of production.

Cement to be delivered in vehicles that protect cement from moisture.
