EDUCATION FOR EMPLOYEES OF LUKAVAC CEMENT FACTORY
In November, we organized training on modern process management to further improve the knowledge and skills of our employees. For the training implementation, we hired Anita Zado Bešker from the Center for Development and Quality – Oskar d.o.o. Zagreb as a coach.
Lukavac Cement employees were introduced to the basics of modern business process management, management configuration, design methodology and implementation of business process management, as well as how to improve business process and the role of process managers in organizations of all sizes and types.
