„WASTE2ENERGY” – FOR GREEN AND SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
By our participation in the conference on waste management “Waste2Energy”, held on 25th March in Zagreb, which gathered numerous experts in this field, we were recognized as a relevant factor when it comes to the use of alternative fuels in the region.
Nedim Pašić, our technical director, successfully presented good practice of using fuel obtained from waste at the Lukavac Cement.
This was a great opportunity to share experiences and views on waste management as part of a circular economy and a green sustainable future as well as the role of cement industry taking a significant place in this process and offering solutions for energy recovery from waste.
