“SAFETY WEEK” IN LUKAVAC CEMENT
From October 30th to November 3rd, 2023, we organized a “Safety Week” for our employees, which was full of diverse and useful content.
Our main guiding principle is to create safe and healthy conditions for all workers during their working lives. Therefore, we strive to ensure a sustainable and dynamic workforce on the principle of a “friendly workplace and friendly working conditions”.
The main goal of the “Safety Week” was to improve knowledge, skills and competencies to raise awareness of the necessity of applying preventive measures for a safe and healthy way of working in different conditions.
In addition to the education on stress and psychosocial risk factors led by Dr. Nehra Mosorović, an educational and entertaining quiz about occupational safety was organized.
There was a special interest in the exhibition of children’s artworks, where the children and grandchildren of our employees showed how they see the workplace of their family members in Lukavac Cement.
In addition to the training for safe work at heights organized by the company TEHPRO d.o.o., discussions on safety at the workplace were held.
We would like to thank all employees for their engagement and demonstrated knowledge.
